I’m a born and bred local to Maryborough who never felt the need to leave her beautiful heritage home.

I completed my schooling at local state schools and after graduating Year 12 had a decision to make – university in a course I wasn’t too sure about or get a job in an industry I wasn’t too sure about! Well, the ultimatum was set: if I didn’t have a fulltime job by the time uni started then off to uni I was. I was lucky enough to be offered two full time positions, one at a Hervey Bay Accounting Firm and one at a Maryborough Law Firm. Being only 17 and without a car I chose the Maryborough Law Firm and, well, the rest is history.

I have worked in Law Firms since leaving school having started as a junior and working my way up through the ranks. I commenced my law degree in 2004 and studied externally while working fulltime.

I completed my Solicitor traineeship under the guidance of Aaron Suthers who was kind enough to impart his knowledge to me. In 2017 I felt it was time to take the reins and provide legal services my way to the local Fraser Coast Community and LawFirst Creating Solutions was born.

LawFirst Creating Solutions is a combination of the highly professional service and expertise you would expect from a traditional law firm with a dash of modern provided by local people who understand the local community.
